Perfect option for those who want to enjoy their event by having all details taken care of by the B9B Team. The B9B Team is onsite for the whole duration of the tournament and banquet if necessary. B9B Team takes care of all communication with the golf course, players/teams, & sponsors. This includes signing the teams up and organizing the players into a spreadsheet with updates until the day before the tournament
Takes payment for registration and sponsorships (cc fee is either applied to you or or the registering team/sponsor)
Onsite all day of tournament for full set-up and coordination (MC’ing available upon request)
Organizes tournament meals with course/caterer (if applicable)
Confirms all rentals if necessary (extra golf carts, tables, chairs, etc.)
Orders hole signs/banners for sponsorships
Organizes and coordinates sponsors/games on specific holes
Orders any item or product (branded or non-branded) for players and/or prizes
*Any ordering done by the B9B Team is invoiced at cost, separate from the package price
*Registration/Sponsorship fees taken on our website (back9blondes.com) will be paid out via check from Back9Blondes, LLC the day prior to the tournament date
